Set in the beautiful location the South Downs Retreat offers rustic charm and fantastic countryside. Located near Lewes about 1.5hrs from London and 20 mins from Brighton.

The day retreat includes:

  • Welcome refreshments
  • Morning walk on the South Downs (includes harder exercise for those who want it)
  • Movement session, which will be functional, fun, sustainable (easy to replicate) and tailored.
  • Individual postural analysis and corrective exercises.
  • Organic, locally sourced lunch tailored to your unique Metabolic Type.
  • Energy building sessions including sustainable zone exercises, stretching, Chi Gung and meditation.

  • Nutrition & Lifestyle Presentation
