Day Bootcamp

Spend a fun day learning about health in a practical environment.  You will learn about your metabolic type and how to tailor your diet to your unique needs.  You will also learn about your body’s natural rhythms and how they impact on your health, your energy levels and your ideal weight.  You will also spend time on the assault course as well as playing ‘fitness’ games that are easily replicable.

Venue: Take Shape assault course, Brewer Street, Bletchingley, Redhill, Surrey RH1 4QP

12:00     Team challenge
12:30     Lunch
13:30     Introduction to Tai Chi/Chi Gung
14:00     Partner games
15:00     Individual Nutrition Assessment
16:00     Team Assault Course Challenge
17:00     De-brief & Prizegiving
