Exuberant Animal Jam

A rare opportunity in the UK to learn and experience from one of the inspirational Exuberant Animal team, Josh Leeger.

This is an unmissable event for anyone interested in fitness from an evolutionary perspective.  Exuberant Animal has a refreshing take on health and fitness.  Their play based approach and their hundreds of fitness games will appeal to trainers, health professionals, sports teachers and fitness enthusiasts.

Hosted on the Take Shape assault course (RH1 4QP) in beautiful countryside just 45 minutes form London, 10 minutes from London Gatwick airport and 5 minutes form Jn6 M25.  The event is a two-day event encorporating practical and theory based on the Exburant Animal books/philosophy.

There is also an option to free camp on the assault course on the Friday and Saturday.

The training has been scheduled to follow a rhythmic pattern of presentation, discussion, movement sessions and breaks. This format helps us to keep our energy and attention levels high throughout the course of the event.  All Exuberant Animal training events follow Dojo Rules, a set of guidelines drawn from martial art studios and other high-performance training environments. The goal is to produce full engagement, attention and participation.
