Gym Membership

Take Shape is a boutique gym – born out of personal training, the gym is small and friendly but includes all the equipment you need to get the results you want.

Our brand new cardiovascular equipment from Pulse Fitness includes the lastest multi-media (Freeview TV & Ipod) screens.  Membership also includes use of the unique ‘outdoor gym’ which comprises of a 30 station obstacle course which is great fun for all fitness levels.

Set in picturesque surroundings there is plenty of free parking as well as changing and showering facilities, gym towels and reverse osmosis filtered water for you.

Membership is limited to a small number and is only £30 a month with a 12 month contract.  A one-off administration fee of £30 includes an optional 30 minute induction with a Take Shape personal trainer.

The gym is open weekdays from 6.30am to 9pm and weekends from 7am to 7pm.
