10 Session Introductory Package with Heartcheck Your body and your physical requirements are unique to you - personal training gives you the individual attention that will ensure you get the results you desire. You wouldn’t take up a new activity without having some lessons first, so don’t start a physical training programme without having some expert advice first. All Take Shape trainers are selected as being some of the best in the industry. They are highly qualified and fully insured with years of experience but, most importantly they are fun, friendly and experts at getting the best out of you. All personal training takes place in the Take Shape boutique gym or outside on the assault course. Total contact time 10.5 hours, plus weekly programme/tasks and phone support. |
