This could go two ways.
Potentially, this could be a wonderful opportunity for some extra care attention on your well-being.  Most people do too much – lots of fight/flight and not enough rest/digest/repair.  However, the extra stress and ‘end of the world’ thinking could have the opposite effect – a few extra alcoholic drinks, more coffee, TV and internet consumption later at night, media consumption, more sugary treats, trying too get every job done in the house…I have attached the circles of health to help you.
Negative emotions are particularly damaging to your health and therefore your immune system. Health is all about cellular regeneration.  This process is enhanced when times are good but the opposite when times are bad.  Unfortunately, fear and isolation are possibly the two worst things for your health as they impair cellular regeneration.  I have attached the Abraham-Hicks Emotional Guidance Scale that might help you work to more positive emotions and thus better immunity.  You’ll notice fear is right at bottom!
My 5 Point Plan for Health, Immunity and Happiness:
Movement
– if you’re not moving your dead!
– any movement will do, take regular movement snacks, sit on the floor, get outside, do breathing squats
– do the home programme I have written for you or follow the programme videos at www.skifitness.tv (free access)
Nutrition
– the more sugar you eat the more you will crave
– 2 cereal sized bowls of veggies a day
– no processed food
Rest/Digest/Repair
– if you haven’t tried it already this is an opportunity to learn to meditate (hint: it’s not easy)
– breathe slower and deeper
– no screens before bedtime and no electrical in the bedroom
Toxins
– detox. by drinking water and herbal teas throughout the day
– use the the Abraham-Hicks Emotional Guide Scale to reduce toxic emotions
– eat organic
Happiness
– write down your dream/legacy if you haven’t done so already
– write down your values (this provides focus and stops you trying to do too much)
– focus on positives (love not fear), attitude of gratitude
